• Fridays from 10am - 11:30am, January 17, 2025 - March 14, 2025; Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve, North Vancouver.
• For children 4 to 8 years old, our program is designed to help your child reach goals around peer relationships, anxiety, emotional regulation, motor skills, executive function or sensory processing.
• An assessment is done prior to the group beginning including collaborative goal setting with families to guide the intervention planning. Each session is carefully designed using evidence based OT practice, taking the different goals of each child into account. Weekly updates on the group will be emailed to families and a report including ongoing recommendations will be made at the end of the 9 week session.
• We plan a mix of structured activities and facilitated free play during sessions. Your child might be digging in the mud, balancing on a log, doing a scavenger hunt, searching for slugs, or doing an art activity. To them, it all feels like a fun adventure but they are working toward therapy goals!
• Cost: $1125 for 9 weekly 1.5 hour therapy sessions, weekly group updates, and an individual report at the end of the term. There is also a $150 initial assessment/goal setting phone session prior to the first session for new families.
